July 2004

This week the girls were at Met Camp and they learned about photography, animation and movie making.  Here they are with several of their projects displayed.

We celebrated the 4th, here is Angela with a sparkler.  She will be headed off to Georgia in a few days.  That's why this is the only Angela picture this month.

The day started off with double digit pancakes for the birthday girl!
and a double digit chocolate cake, Taylor's favorite!

Taylor had her birthday at Incredible John's Pizza!

For the third day in a row, more cake.  This time it wasn't chocolate, Paul celebrated his birthday with carrot cake.

The next day we went out to Avenal, Taylor went for a glider ride . . .
. . . while Anne Marie had fun in the pool.

ANOTHER BIRTHDAY?  More cake?  It was Grandma Jo's birthday this month too, we went up to Coarsegold and celebrated with her.

This year we tried a new camp, it was River Camp, the girls had a great time.  They learned about the San Joaquin river, played in the water, and also learned to Canoe.

Anne Marie and Taylor are practicing their snorkeling.

Anne Marie and Taylor spent a week at Zoo Camp.  Anne Marie learned about Australia and Taylor was in a Junior Biologist class.  To the right is Anne Marie as a Kukaburra.  Below is Taylor with her instructor Burleigh.

And the last birthday of the month was Bob's here he is in his new shirt.
